"La Pampa province is located on the west border of the Buenos Aires province. The capital is Santa Rosa and its main activities are cattle, agriculture and big game hunt tourism.
In 1920, the Red Stag was introduced into Argentina by Pedro Luro. Pedro was a rich farmer in La Pampa who dreamt about the positive results of introducing the majestic Red Stag to be hunt in Argentina. The first breeders were brought from Scotland and from Germany. This first introduction was an enormous success. Many years later, La Pampa became the first big game destination in South America. Later, the red deer were also introduced in northern Patagonia. The Puma is the only big game animal that native to South America that can be legally hunted. The Wild Boar have been in Argentina since the Spanish conquerors arrived. All of the other game species such as Fallow deer, Axis deer, Blackbuck , Water Buffalo, Feral goats and Mouflon, etc. were introduce in the 1940’s."
The Red Stag hunting area is located approximately 50 miles southwest from Santa Rosa city, capital of La Pampa province. Set in the middle of Quehue Valley, our ranches offer all the local charm and atmosphere of our beautiful country, combined with ruggedness of an Argentine wilderness.

The hunting areas are world-class, with the special features of the Argentina Pampas, offering luxury services such as Jacuzzi, steam bath and a swimming pool (from December to March) and Bar service 24hrs a day. Special Orders can be made in advance such as: diet menus, personal trainer and masseuses.
The hunting ranch keeps a record of guests, many whom have authorized the disclosure of their names in order to describe their experiences and trophies obtained at the ranch.
Our staff will be waiting upon your arrival at the Santa Rosa airport and you will be transferred to the hunting ranch. For those traveling with private jets, the ranch offers two landing strips (coordinates available upon request).
Here, in the hunting areas of our vast ranch, it is possible to hunt more than one trophy of different species in the same day, in many cases trophies of excellet quality. The size of this ranch is 10,000 acres of private land and you will have the opportunity to hunt for Red Stag, Puma, Water Buffalo, Wild Boar, Blackbuck Antelope, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Feral Goat, Feral sheep, Mouflon and Dorset Ram.
